I began training in Sudbury in 1985 at the age of 7 years old, achieving my 1st dan black belt in 1994. Along the way I have had multiple success in kumite competitions at a local and national level and was picked to represent F.E.K.O on a number of occasions which I’m very proud of. I achieved my 2nd Dan in 2012 , 3rd Dan in 2016 and 4th Dan in April 2022. I now very much enjoy passing my knowledge and experience onto others as an instructor within the association teaching at a number of the clubs. I feel privileged to be part of such an amazing association and am very proud to be part of such an awesome team!!
