Positions & Stances
Chunbi/Ready Ready stance – feet in line with shoulders, back upright- fists in front of belt knot approx 6” apart both facing forward
Forward/Front Stance Front leg bent at right angle, knee over foot. Back leg straight and pointing forward, leg locked. Shoulders square on, body upright, feet shoulder width apart.
Back Stance Body side on (bladed) and upright. Front foot pointing forward, back foot at right angles to front, making "L" shape. Most weight on back leg, sit down in the stance.
